WEB APP 

if you haven't signed up on iOS or Android

  1. Register using your e-mail address and a password (minimum six characters, at least one number and one capital letter).
  2. Go to your e-mail immediately. You will receive an e-mail confirmation. Follow the link sent.
  3. CAUTION - confirmation e-mail may be in your spam folder. The link is valid for only 30 minutes.  If you don't use it within that time, you will have to repeat the process with a different email address and password.
  4. Log in using the same e-mail and password.

PASSWORD RESET

  1. Go to Log in above and click on Reset password.
  2. Follow instructions. Go to your email immediately. You will receive an email with a password reset link. 
  3. CAUTION: the email may be in your spam folder. The link is valid for only 30 minutes. If you don't use it within that time, you will have to repeat the process.
  4. Click on the link and reset your password.
  5. Log in (on any platform) using the new password.
